K1 Petition is on it's way to the US Embassy in London I have obtained the case number from the NVC. Does my fiance have to wait until he receives Packet 3 before filling out form DS160 and scheduling his medical exam? Any help is appreciated.

I am currently filling out the latest version of I-134 form (Affidavit of Support) for K1 Visa. My fiance is from the United Kingdom. It is a little confusing and I was wondering if anyone could help me with some questions I have. 

A) I am a natural born citizen of the US. Do I check anything for Part One, Question 12 under Information About You.

B) My fiance has a child but he will not be immigrating at this time. How would I mark Part 2, Question 12 under Information About Beneficiary. Do I leave it blank?

C) How do I answer Question 38? 
D) Are copies of income tax returns sufficient or do need to obtain a IRS transcript?
E) Any questions that don't apply to us, do I mark N/A, none or leave it blank?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
