Everybody is affected. “Effective immediately offices are instructed not to approve or oath any naturalization case" until further notice. You can read more about it here:

um, I just realized this is a pretty new info... my notice was send out on 11/23, little bit earlier than 11/29.

so all those are because of the same problem?

Hi first post

I just got a cancellation letter (today!) from the USCIS office said that the interview was canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances". My schedule was 12/14/2016, and the notice date was 11/23/2016.
I've saw some similar question about this but they were happened few years ago. Any thoughts? Should I still shows up on the original scheduled date?
