I was married March 6 from K1 visa and now we are on AOS processing. 

Got my ssn and  I'm still using my Surname hence VA state will only change my surname to my husband surname after AOS.

My question is on my AOS application for what Surname am I going  to use? 

Is it my MAIDEN SURNAME or my HUSBAND SURNAME?

Arrived here last Feb 20 and got married last March 6, now we're planning to do the Adjustment of Status by our own, since were using rapidvisa before so to save some money we plan to do it by ourselves.

Anyone could share there experience or can help me for my next step..

I was interviewed last Feb 8, and tnx God they don't require an updated COC from abroad for as long as u don't reside there anymore since the day u left the country.

Visa approved Feb 8

Visa Issued Feb 9

Visa on Hand Feb 15

Flight Feb 20

I had my interview ladt, Feb 8.. when I checked my status the following day... this is what it appears

What does this means? Coz there are 2 types of visa ISSUED right? One is printing the visa? I'm worried hope somebody could clear this status to me. Thank u . God bless

So it means no need for me to get a new one right?

I just wanna asked if POLICE CLEARANCE FROM ABROAD HAS ITS VALIDITY PERIOD?

I worked in Singapore year 2012 and Japan 2003 before, and last 2013 I took a police clearance of both countries... and I still got the original police clearances of the said countries.

Now we're applying for K1 visa and one of the requirements there is foreign police clearance... is it OK to present my police clearances of both countries hence I took those last 2013 or do I have to get a new one for this year 2017. Thank u. U r answer is highly appreciated. God bless

Is the payment for K1 and K2 visas are separate? Does my fiance should pay K1 for 265 dollars then another 265 dollars payment for K2 ? 

Or K2 payment goes with K1 visa payment? Sorry just wanna have some clearance on this matter. Tnx u
