We call the NVC but they say the case was received 10/23/18 but it hasn’t been entered into the system. They want us to wait about 8 weeks.

Hello,
I am petitioning for my mom. Our I-130, I-145, and I-765 were received no August 11, 2016.
On August 18, they received her fingerprint fee and they said the National Benefits Center was working on her case.
She went to take her biometrics on September 19, 2016.
Her cases for I-130 and I-145 has not been updated after September 9, 2016.

She received her EAD on November 14, 2016.
I was wondering if her being sent to the National Benefits Center will affect processing times.
