  1. So my fiancé has his interview in Dhaka Nov 28th and was given 221 (g) green form from the CO. No additional documents were requested and they only thing it says is additional processing. I check the CEAC site daily and the status still shows "Ready" it has never even changed to "Administrative Processing". The only thing that gets updated is the date occasionally like 2 times. At his interview the CO kept his passport, Birth Certificate, and Police report. I am wondering why have the CEAC site not been updated to Administrative Processing and it has been over 5 weeks since the interview? It seems like nothing is being done with our case. This is one frustrating situation and the more I think on this it pisses me off. I am like at least update the status to Administrative processing to show a false sense of doing something.

  2. Worrying won't help It can take some time to change from ready to AP. Too soon to get stressed out now.

Yup. Took ours 2-3 days before AP. So give it a few days, sometimes they are slow at changing the status'.

Still no change in case status as it still say "Ready", but when I emailed the embassy they say your case is under "Administrative Review" why have they not updated the system. This is frustrating.

  3. It has been 10 days since my fiance interview and he was given a green paper 221 g saying additional processing needed. But not even a change of status on ceac site as it still says ready. I would feel better if it at least says administrative processing. I know some say that at least they kept his police certificate and birth certificate with his passport but the not even addressing the status change is fustrating. How long does it take to change the status?
