Hi everyone! Are dependent children listed in the I-751 supposed to receive a I-797 NoA letter? I think they should since our VISA's expire soon.
I filed the I-751 for my wife (and included her two children ages 18 and 16). My wife received an I-797 letter one week later. The two children did not receive an I-797 letter. But, my wife and her two kids DID RECEIVE letters to get their biometrics/fingerprints taken this week. I called the CIS customer service and they couldn't provide any answers.
I'm concerned because I believe the kids will need the I-797 NoA letter to work, travel, and receive a drivers license.

Hi Everyone, I'm about to mail the I-751 and supporting proof documentation. How should I organize the documents? Should I put all the docs into one folder sorted by paperclips, buy a binder with dividers, separate the docs into multiple folders etc????
Also, I was told to include joint bank account details - if I provide this going back to January 2015 (all the monthly statements) that's a lot of paper - is this really necessary? Thanks.

Hi recently moved with my wife and two step-children (they have CR2 Permanent Resident cards). We changed our address on the USCIS website. Is there any additional documents that need to be filed for changing an address? Thanks.
We changed our address via the link: https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/addressChange.do
