Hi everyone! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised to learn earlier this week that his parents' I-130 was approved While on the phone with them today, they asked if it was possible to know how long it takes from receiving the approval notice to having the visa interview at the embassy. They live in Iran, so they would either have to do interview in Abu Dhabi, Yerevan, or Ankara. Thank you in advance for your help! -

Hi, everyone! The I-130 form asks that a document be uploaded with the beneficiary's name and foreign address if their native language does not use Roman letters. The form doesn't specify what type of document I need to upload -- should it be a formal/official document (e.g., an electricity bill, etc) or do can I just write the name and address myself using the non-Roman letters and upload that? Thanks in advance for everyone's help! 😃
