Hi everyone,

Just wanted your opinion/advice on this. My husband and I have been waiting for his interview for 4 months already. And I know many here have been impatiently waiting for their interviews from UAE embassy as well. Our case was completed on July 25th and with the Holidays coming and seeing how slowly UAE embassy is processing all our cases, I have a feeling that our interview will be happening (worst case scenario) on April/May.

Now my husband has a US tourist visa and I'm wondering if he could just come here and we'll just file Adjustment of Status instead of waiting for (god-knows-how-long) an interview from UAE. The waiting game is really getting its toll on me. Is that legal or would we be having any problems with that?
