More than 4months, my I-94 already expired 

Hello Visa Journey!

Sent papers (AOS, and EAD) last June 1 , 2017

Case updated last July 12 , 2017 AOS - saying 

 they are going to schedule me for an interview and they gonna send notice. My question is how long approximately the waiting for that interview? 

Also my EAD still the same no update yet. 

Also, im planning to get my ssn number what documents should i bring since i dont  have yet my EAD? Or should i just wait for my EAD first , any good advice . I am here at the state of Nevada are they super strict about ssn procedures? Thanks

We just arrived with my son last saturday . So easy and smooth, no questions at immigration. Just simple he just ask my passport and my son's passport , i showed to him both ph and usa passport he said "we dont recognize dual citizenship what passport you want to used" i simply hand the over the USA passport and thats it!

If your children have ph passport then you just pay the travel tax which is 810 pesos (my son 3yrs, i think the pay is  less  for those  children below 2yrs old) 

Show both ph and us passport at the PH immigration then in us entry just show the us passport. Thats all.

Hello! I just  want to ask those who experience already flying to usa with son us passport with crba and also he had already phil passport. My question is does my son need exit clearance from BI or should his phil passport need that CFO sticker?

This is really hard for me, and i've been crying a lot since yesterday. The nurse told us to come back on dec 6-8 for sputum test, she explained that there is some abnormalities in our xray ( we are like more than 10 people to come back)

In my case, i dont have any symtoms and no history of TB. Is there any chances my result would be positive? Im so worried about this sputum test ?
