duh, they say this themselves, and its stated on their website, that's the first place you should have checked.
unless you don't mind someone else getting your mail from them that you might need in the future.
Thanks for your response.
Just to clarify...I'm not trying change my address here in the US. It's for my beneficiary, wife. I did went to the website for AR-11 but i only see the change address for the applicant or petitioner, which is me.
Am I looking at wrong? If so, please direct me to the correct link.
Will there be any delays?
Thank you,

Hi Everyone,
I petitioned my wife last year of January 2017 but I-130 is still not approved. Case is still in Received status. My wife just moved to another house last year and my question is...
Do I need to request a change of address for my wife?
If yes, How?
Please advice.
Thank you,
-
To dispatch with the semantics first, the I-130 is a petition form, not an application form (you are not applying for anything, you are petitioning).
To answer your questions:
- File when ready.
- Her married name can be used on the forms and her maiden name should be entered on the "other names used" fields.
Thanks Ryan. Sorry for the confusion. I'm really new to this and have no experience.
For Philippines will need CFO certificate to change name in passport to married name if spouse is foreign national.
Thanks. Noted po.

No that will be fine. If she renews her passport before the interview (which is likely, as it will need to be valid for a minimum of 6 months after interview), simply send a copy of the new one with a brief explanation.
So I should just proceed with my I-130 application?
How about on I-130 and G-325a forms, my wife use her married name and on the C.7 (Other name used), write down her maiden name?
thank you

Hi,
I have a question regarding on filing I-130 visa for my wife. My wife's passport is still using her maiden name and will expire next year (she's planning to use her married name when she renew her passport). If I submit all documents needed for i-130 before she renew her passport will that affect my petition on her? Will there be any conflict? any suggestion?
thank you
Glen

Hi Jose,
thank you for your response.
I'm just wondering if you know what other information your lawyer included on the letter?
