I had my first interview March 2020 and was denied. Had to file i-601 and it just got approved. Does anyone know what happens next? Is there a list of people waiting for interviews somewhere? I know there used to be...

Pretty much the same as it has always been, most waivers are approved, depends if you want to move to the US if it is worth it. Certainly a factor that could tip the balance in deciding who is the one to move, can see that.

So based on my research and reading on these forms, it seems that waivers are almost impossible now. They take almost a year and then another long wait for another interview. Is it worth it? Even with a good lawyer? Life has already been on hold for most people for years. The anxiety and worry cause major problems for beneficiary and applicant which is what you're trying to prove will happen if you don't get the Visa. Isn't that just insanity?

My crimes were, a couple breach of probations, theft under $5000, fraudantly obtain transportation and another fraud charge.

The waiver is so I can enter the US with a criminal record.

we want to get married and I want to move to the states but I have a criminal record. Is it possible to Obtain a K1 visa and move to the States with a criminal record?

I am in the process of applying for a waiver, and should have it in about 4 months.
