They just send you that recently?

I'm sorry that is just unprofessional. There is no way the average review time is still 30 days. They are lying out of their backside.

Average right now seems to be around 10 weeks. Most recent case completes are still from November. Aside from electronic filers.

This is from there website, here is the link.

Wish we can get some media attention.

  2. The waiting is ridiculous. We need to do something if there is something we can. My scan date is Jan 5 and i am already out of patience. ]

This Quote from NVC from November 2016 -

    Q. Previously, NVC required 60 days to review the civil and financial documents. NVC now requires only 30 days to review these documents. If the review period goes beyond 30 days, at what point would it be appropriate to follow up on the status of the case?

RESPONSE: The average document review time period is still 30 days. NVC’s goal for document review is 10 work days. If you have submitted your civil and financial documents and haven’t been contacted by the NVC at the 45-day mark, you should send an e-mail to NVCattorney@state.gov. In order to prevent processing delays, we encourage you to submit all of the documents for a case in a single package.

  3. Good afternoon guys, I got the answer from the inquest I made on November 16. " The status of this service request is: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience. "Someone with a similar case? Someone with approval?Good afternoon guys, I got the answer from the inquest I made on November 16. "

  4. Thanks guys for all the comments.

@Kieren, do you know how long did it take for your friends who git denied k-1 visa bcuz they were already marrried. We were not married at the time interview but they called someone and they said that we were gonna get married in a month in india , may be thats why they didnt. We were already planning in case we didn't. Our file was not big enough our medicore lawyer just took the money to fill the forms.

Anywayz whats done is done. I am just try to find out timeline. Hopefully its not ridicules like 12+ months.. i am hoping i will get something in a month or two. Making that 11 months for NOA2.

  5. I filled i-130 in april 2016 and i haveng recived anything so far. I went to congressmen they said its due to background check. No timelime given. Any idea how long more....

I have clean record and no red flags except i applied for k-1 before getting married and was not given to my current wife in new delhi. So may be they are checking that why it was refused. But its 9months. Very depressing. My wife's friend got married around the same and she is already in usa.

    Thanks
