ok, so you think that immigration is going to say....wait a minute, her X husband (from Brazil?) is in the USA, she will leave this guy and go back to him? If your proof of relationship is solid enough then I don't feel like it should matter. I'm curious to know how you just figured this out about her X husband, (that he came to the US on a K-1) it doesn't seem like something you'd just conveniently come across. but that's me being nosy so don't feel like its necessary to answer

You're not, that's why we asked here. he is her ex husband, after divorce she did not keep in touch with him. She found out from old friends.

She is a doctor, she had to go through weapon training in order for her to get the job.

Good afternoon. My fiancée and I started to fill out the forms to apply for her K1 visa, As we were putting our docs together, we figured out that her ex husband had apply for K1 before and as far as we know, he was approved and is now living in the US(not entirely sure).

She wonders if uscis might make a reasearch about him and find out that it is weird, as we also would right? thus denying our petition.

Also, she works for Brazilian air force as a second lieutenant, hired as a physician. She took shooting classes at her entry training course although she hates weapons. Will it also be a problem for her? Any advice on that? Thanks
