Thank you. So the block need to be filled as just "out of status" or "F-1 Visa, out of status"?

Dear All,
I'm not clear what is my current immigration status. Hopefully, Someone could kindly provide me an answer. Thank you in advance!
I was a student with F-1 Visa.
My last entry was 01/03/2013, never left the U.S after then. My visa was expired on 12/2013. I was a student all time until 08/2016
Meanwhile, I applied for H1b in 04/2016
I married on 07/15/2016
I graduated from business school in 08/2016
My H1b denied in 10/2016. I have a bachelor degree in accounting and a MBA degree. Reason of denying is under (101(a)(15)(H)). Basically saying my accounting job position does not require as for a specialty occupation...
I'm focusing on filling i-485 and i-765, both requires to provide current immigration status. I have no idea what I should fill here. Am I still under F-1 or something else?
Please help if you have great insight on such issue. Thank you very much!!
Best regards

Hi f f,
Thank you very much for your reply. I have a follow-up question for you.
Do I need to include my statement and the legal exposition, such as from this following website (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/codes_displaySection.xhtml?sectionNum=647.&lawCode=PEN)
in a single page or separate two pages. Thanks!

Dear All,
I'm new to this website. Thank you in advance for your help!
My brief background:
I'm a F-1 Visa student. I've been to U.S for 9 years. My wife (U.S citizen) and I got married in July, 2016. We are currently preparing for I-130 and I-485 fillings.
My problem:
Unfortunately, I had an arrest record (one and the only record) from October 2010. It was a misdemeanor, Penal Code 647(f) PC; California law on "Drunk in Public" Intoxication.
It took place during the Halloween parade at my college community area. I was arrested for being too drunk on the street. F.Y.I- (There are around 200 students arrested for the same charge almost every year during the Halloween parade at my college community.) It was at night time and the police took me to the county jail for a few hours to sober up then my friend picked me up in the morning. I went to court a couple weeks later and I was punished with a fine of $500. (No other additional punishment)
I'm filling I-485 and I understand I need to fully disclose the incident under Part 3 C.1.b..
My question:
How to properly filling for it? Does the court record need to be certified? Are there any other documents required?
What kind of potential impact could I take regarding to my Green Card application?
Thank you again for your kind help and I look forward to hearing from you!
Best regards
AOS December 2016 Filers (merged)
in Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports

Hey guys,
I've been following this thread since late December. Thank you all for supporting each other in this group and today I'd like to share my own update with you. I have received a status change from the "case tracker" app on iPhone this morning that my EAD is currently under "New Card is Being Produced".
My filling date: Dec 10th
PD date: Dec 13th
Bio date: Jan 13th
I-485 changed to "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" on Jan 27th
just like any of you, it is a long waiting game and I get no pleasure of it. However, the best we can do is being patient and try not to think too much of the situation. Please be patient and it will be your turn soon. Btw, I did not call for service request and I did not receive any RFE during this time period. So, case might varies from person to person. If you are like me, then in my opinion that all you can do is wait and check on this site once a while to see how everybody is doing.
All dates above is also available in my timeline. Please feel free to check it out if that will help. I will try to update asap once I received more information. Again, thanks for all of you and please keep your good spirits. Good Luck!
