I am a US citizen and I recently sponsor my wife. My friends brother in-law won the GC lottery and asking me to sponsor him. I am planning to bring my mom here withing next couple years. I am worried sponsoring GC lottery win will prevent sponsoring my mom. Any advice?

I just saw my 3rd NA. My scan date was October 13th.

Finally my case was completed. My scan date was October 13th.

I think if no checklist case will be completed. They send to supervisor review if case didn't get look at by six week. My six week will be this Thursday but they already started reviewing. I am hoping no checklist.

They said I won't need supervisor review. I hope no REF. My scan date was October 13. I'm praying it to go smooth.

I called NVC just now and they said it's in documents review. it's pulled into documents review yesterday. Does anyone knows what that mean?

Dharone17 My scan date is October 13th. I called them last night and they said if it's not reviewed by next Friday they will send to supervisor and it might take another six week. It's really frustrating. Let me know if you get case completed.

It's look like every case go to supervisor review these days.

Ashaa since you are from Pakistan and I am from same region will not give me much hope. My six week will be 24th which is Thanksgiving. Seems like I will have to wait like another month. My scan date October 13th.

I really hope that's not the case for me. This process getting really frustrating. We pay our taxes onetime but still they can't hire more workers at NVC.
