  1. My wife and I are going to get married by the 3rd of December and we wish to file 3 weeks after. I am an F1 student, currently on a Graduate Assistance Program from my present school (a.k.a scholarship). Outlined below are our problems:

    1. My wife and I did not make close to $30,000 last year...Don't know if that will be enough to show financial support when we file and we do not really know of any sponsor to help with same. Although we are thinking we could wait after she files for her taxes come January so as to reach that amount.

    2. She said that she uses the free health insurance and it won't be possible to add me to it.

    3. We live in Rhode Island and her car insurance was issued from Florida...we tried adding me to the insurance, but because she was issued same from Florida and now I live in Rhode Island, it seems pretty hard. By the way I also got the same car insurance from Progressive like my wife did, but I only added her as my spouse with no insurance benefits since she already has a car insurance from the same company in a different state. Will this be convincing?

Apart from these we've got my name on the rent, we've got

    a joint checking account,

i included her on my student credit card,

my phone number is on the phone bill and internet bill,

my driver's license was issued with our current address (where we live together),

we have sent out email invitations to our friends inviting them to our wedding and have also printed same as evidence,

We also plan on taking pictures during our wedding and adding it to the album and also mailing some with my AOS application packet.

I need help on the aforementioned issues and more advice if possible...I employ and invoke your professional advice friends!
