Just a concerned I have, and my husbands friend got his visa revoke because he stayed 6 months. It's rear but does happen

Never said Jamaica was included.@KierenHby read before assuming I'm saying something in the form of spreading rumors! I am very aware of executive order and I know it's on hold, and Jamaica is not on the list. I was referring to cbp taking or will implementing more scrutiny to those who stayed close to 6 months regardless of one's nationality

His intentions is to be honest but he doesn't want to wait a year to come visit again because he wants to come in 8 months for his birthday..

Ok, he came here a year ago and return in September from Jamaica. If they question him can he say why he stayed this long for his son/first born?

My husband has a tourist visa which he use to travel to the usa and he came here in September for the birth of our son. The issue is that he wants to go back before his 6 months is up, which is soon but he's afraid CBP will revoke his visa being that trump has put out an executive order on immigration and feels they will think he was planning on staying. My question is this-- Will they revoke his visa or do any one travel to the usa and stayed almost 6 month and left recently without any issues?

You can get naturalize base on ur dad becoming a us citizen before you arrived. My sister did the same thing base on her dad being a citizen before she arrived in America. So, yes u do.

A friend who did hers two years ago, was recently called for a interview. She had no arrests nor any criminal record. Took her a that long!

Ok, I'm very aware of the 90 day rule, however I notice that it can take up to 2 years before being called for an interview. Just a curious question.

Any one have experience with filing for citizenship way before your eligible to do so and got the interview?
Replacement I-94
in Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas

That process will take longer. You can go online on cbp (see attach photos) and fill in the info from his passport and the requested info on the website. After which they will provide his I-94 record for free and you can print it after without waiting months for the replacement.
