Well the old phone number is a private number and not a business phone number anymore. So to avoid confusion, it would be great if it could be hidden or updated.

The company has a business name and a trade name. In our industry it is important to keep them separate. I am fine with having just one of them public but not both.

Is there a way to do that? Somebody I could call to make this happen?

Over the past few months, I have been sending emails to ETAWebmaster@dol.gov , ETAPagemaster@dol.gov and plc.help@dol.gov to request this. Nothing happened and I hardly got any reply. Maybe there is a phone number I can call to fix this? I just need them to redact 2 personal information that I am not comfortable having widely available online. Let me know.  

Any other suggestion?  I really need to get this modified.

Thank you for your reply artml. I am fine with the fact that the PERM is publicly available. There is just 2 information that I would like to be redacted:the phone number which is oudated and the DBA name which is confidential. How can I do this? Who should I contact for that?

I just got my US Citizenship. I also received my US passport. Should I go to the social security to update my record? Is it necessary?

Yes he overstayed until 2012 from what I understand. He has never come back to the US ever since. He is considering coming back on a work visa but the question is: is it even possible?

I think that his visa expired in 2009 but I am not sure. 

This is the thing. He was not deported. He decided to go back on his own because he did not manage to renew and to get another visa. The issue is that he stays in the country after his visa expired. Does it make a difference or is it the same as if he was deported?

One of my friend used to live in the USA from 2004 to 2012 (he was on a H4 visa). He had a restaurant. His business was doing well. 
He did not succeed in staying legally and finally decided to go back to his country with his family. He has 4 kids (2 of them born in the USA). 

He would like to come back to the US but he does not know if it is possible from an immigration point of view. Let me know what you think. Thank you. 
 

Tracking number is a must but do you think I should also ask for a signed delivery receipt?

I understand. Do you think I should use Fedex to send the letter to make sure they get it? Or maybe use USPS with a tracking?

Also is a religious holiday a well accepted and respected reason to ask for a rescheduled date?

So it is not critical at all, correct? If we follow the instructions, we should be fine?

I received the interview letter on 8/22/2017. The date of the interview is 8/22. I just realized that I will not be able to go on that specific date as it is a religious holiday. What should I do? Is there a number I can call to let them know? Or maybe I can send them an email? Let me know.

We are in the citizenship process. We did our bio-metrics/fingerprints on 3/10/2017 and my wife on 3/21/2017. So far, no update. We are going to be in Europe for 3 weeks in August. Could it be a problem for our application? We monitor the case status online. But so far nothing is happening.

• What would happen if they give us the interview date while we are away?
• How much time there is typically between the interview notice and the interview itself usually?

Thank you. I received the rejection noticed yesterday and they received my file on 1/3/2017. They sent me back the complete package with all the supporting evidence. So it took them more than 3 weeks to send the rejection notice. I am sending the new updated form with a new check to the updated amount ($725). I hope this time it will work. Good luck to you too :-)

I saw that some people can benefit from a reduced filing fee of $320 + $85. What are the conditions to be eligible?

So should I send a brand new file with the new form to start fresh?

Or should I send the old file with the notes at the bottom?

I got a rejection notice in the mail. They mailed me back my whole file because the check included was for $680 and not $725 (which is the new requirements since 12/23/2016). I am going to send everything back but do I need to mail new documents? I noticed that all documents that were sent back have notes and signature at the bottom of the pages. Should I resend the old N400 with their bottom notes or should I print a new one? 

Also my N400 has a date at the bottom left (9/29/16) and I downloaded a new one which has a new date (12/23/16). What do you think?

My files just came back. I sent the file on 12/27/2016 and they said that the check amount is not correct. They changed it on 12/23/2017!!! Do you know if I need to resend the same package with a new check or if I have to print a new package?

I am bit a concerned. Here below my information. We sent 2 n400 applications for my wife and I (greencard date is 2/21/2012) . Both were sent by USPS on 12/27/2016 to Dallas, TX (PO Box). The tracking shows that one was received on 1/9/2017 and the other one on 1/3/2017. For the moment, the checks sent have not been cashed and I have no sign of movement. From what I see, on the results something seems to be wrong.

Can you add me to the list?

What should we do? Should we be concerned?

Any idea on this? Please let me know. Thank you.
