    and thank you so much for sharing with me and us all. We have joint bank a/c, credit cards, Utility bills, Rental agreement starting 3 months before wedding date and some pictures. We had a court wedding with only 2 people attending, thats why I am little nervous

    I will also update my experience once I get the interview done. 

    I had a courthouse wedding also amd 3 person was there. Lol.

    Hey got my interview today, was approved, they request a medical, since gonorrhea test was missing, however my officer said once it's completed and sent back am all set.  She was very nice.  She didn't ask any question, only went over ther i130 n i1485 questions.  Only thing we had together was a child and life Insurance and pictures.... and that was it. 😊😊😊  good luck sweetheart.

    Same here I filed on 11-30... got my ead last month tho, no date r ntn else as yet

    Just got off the phone with USCIS and got yet ANOTHER, DIFFERENT answer about how my AOS RFIE will affect my EAD.  They confirmed that is DOES restart the clock (unlike what the USCIS IO told me 2 weeks ago).  Tearing my hair out.  NO DL, SNN in maiden name and can't fix it, STILL can't work or leave the country.  So frustrated that it took them over 90 days to request evidence on AOS, which should never have been an RFIE in the first place.  

     

    Has anyone else had RFIE for AOS?  How did it affect you EAD application?

    I did and it affected mines, clock restart am on day 30, 60 to go, so frustrating n depressing

    in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

    so I filled out my form for adjustment of status, where it said family name I put my maiden name not knowing it was asking for my husband name,which I planned to use, now all my letters come in my maiden name and I recieve a letter to get biometric done,.....is it too late to fix that error????.. what can I do to correct that error so my green card etc won't come in my maiden name???   pls help
