Did you send out the I-129F?

Because if not, you don't send her birth certificate with the I-129F to USCIS.

Thank you for that information. So for the petition we do not need my fiancé birth certificate or single status certificate? Good to know as I was also born and live in the U.S. As for the emails/ FB chats I was thinking of only printing a few with spread out dates as there are so many, too many to print out every single one sent , lol. Also, How did your fiancé sign the paperwork? I was thinking of sending it via email having him print it sign it and mail it to me. Have you gotten approved yet for the first step? If so, how long did it take? Sorry to ask so many questions, it's just the process seems somewhat confusing at times.

Hello all! I am wondering if when I print out emails from my fiancé and I , if they need to be translated as they are written in Spanish? My fiancé lives in Cuba and I am a tad bit confused still. Do I need to add both of our birth certificates and single status certificates in the petition?
