I would like to let you know of a doctor NOT to use in Portland, OR.  He filled out a wrong form for me and when I had to go back, he was full of excuses and wanted to charge me for a new examination.  This is after I paid 600 USD for the initial examination.  And his receptionist hang up on me after I said I would not pay again. 

Please find another doctor, this guy is has no decency.

Both dr. Torres and Dr. Douglas Day's phone number have been disconnected. The Salem place that has been recommended is no longer 20dollars. They quoted me a 191USD, plus any extra vaccinations. The cheapest I have found so far in Portland is 220USD at
