My husband ( US citizen) and I (temporary resident ) are in the process of completing the I 751. Neither of us have any children in our outside marriage, and he is filling for me.
We are a little confused about sections 4,7 and 8 .
From our understanding, my husband it's the subject in all 3 section. Are we correct?
Part 4 :
Information about US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Spouse. If filing as a Child separately, information about the US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Stepparent through Whom You have Gained Your Conditional Residence.
