Wow Congratz kath&rob!!!
I was looking at yout timeline and I think we have the same date when USCIS received our petition. And we were two (03-Oct-2006) days ahead of you when we got a notice from CSC that they got your papers.... Thats why im very surprise you got your approval faster.... I hope we can hear " A GOOD NEWS" from them too.

Congratulations!!!
Our application still with CSC, do you think CSC is faster in processing request/papers than other Service CEnters?? Thanks.

Hi Ridley,

Thanks for the inputs, I guess we really need to get a co-sponsor just to be sure and to avoid the long process.

hello there!
I know and I've read a lot about Affidavit of Support from this site. But I wish to find an answer about our query. My husband was new in his job and started last year (June 2005). So basically he didnt complete the 12 months income for last year, but if we based on monthly salary we passed the minimum requirement from the Poverty line. And hes earning a lot now than last year.
Would you know if we still gonna need a co-sponsor since he didnt complete the 12 months or will they consider the six months since hes regular in his job and earning a lot, working at the hospital.
Thanks!
