hey everyone, can you please help me...........i am 23 yrs old  born in Jamaica came to the state on IR5 VISA January 2008 and i want to obtain my certificate of citizenship.basically i am a citizen through my father. what documents ,form and etc i need to file for citizenship ?

For non-taxable income like SS benefits, provide the benefits letter, and SSA1099. It can also help to provide 12 months of bank statements to show the amount deposited to your account each month.

hey everyone, i am filing for adjustment of status for my wife "k1 visa" household of 3 total. my current income from retirement pension and social society benefit total $3000 monthly yearly 36000.

i realize on my 1040 my gross income is $21,000 from the year 2014 and 2015 do i meet the income requirement ? with a current income of $3000 a month
