Also, my husband is currently working in the USA for a UK company that is selling into the US. Can we use his wage as part of "Affidavit of Support"? As that he has basically a job already here in the US and that we use both these wages to support each other.

I just am a little confused come the botton of this list.

With the I-485 does the beneficiary need to submit Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record right away? Or is this something that be asked to provide once the I-485 is filled.  

Also, do Form I-864 Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA; Form I-765; and Form I-131 need to be sent alongside the I-130/I-130A and I-485 or are those filled after? 

Please clarify.

What exact files do we have to fill out? He currently lives in the US and is on a B-1 visa. 

I know we have to do the I-130 and I-145 do we have to do the I-130A as well?

HI! My fiance from England is here on an B-1 visa that will be turning into an E-1 visa. We are looking to purchase a house and I would need help getting approved for a loan. Would he be able to be approved for a mortgage? And does anyone know a good company to talk to? Thank you!

He is an UK citizen, I am a US citizen and he is in the US on a work visa. (E-1)

If my fiancé has an E-1 work visa will we be able to get married on that visa or still have to file for a K-1 visa??

After you are married, does my spouse (from U.K.) have to stay in the US for a period of time? We just wanted to do a reception in the UK as well after our US wedding.

So needs a "dual intent" visa correct?

Once we get the fiancé visa does my fiancé have to come to the US right away, does the 90 days start right after it is approved or does the 90 days start when he enters the US??

If my fiancé is in the US on a work visa, what is the process if we get married during this time? Do we still need to apply for a fiancé visa? And does he have to leave and come back?
