Did you go into supervisor review?

Yesterday, I was told that my case will go into supervisor review.

Is it a good thing?

My scan date was Sept 28th, so it is exactly 9 weeks from my scan date. It went to supervisor review on week 6.

just got my cc and my interview date! FINALLY

Anyone have any update? Nothing here STILL; scan date Sept 28.

I want your opinions to my situation please.

My police certificate will end on Dec 3 and on Nov 28 I will complete six weeks with NVC, and what I see that they may be will need one or two weeks after Nov 28 to process my case.

What do you prefer?

Sending updated police certificate before they send a checklist about it to me or waiting to see what will they do.

I am afraid that they will send checklist about updating the police certificate if they will process my case after Nov 28 and wait another six weeks.

Any opinions will be appreciated.

I don't know why you would need to send updated police certificates? They are expiring?

I would only do with what they ask you to do, don't do more. Unfortunately just a very slow long dragging process. They know they are taking time and know when your case was received and when it was scanned.

Nothing; ridiculous. Tomorrow will be exactly 8 weeks. Now with the US holiday on Thurs, not going to be helping out very much the rest of the week.

I have a question, I mailed both AOS and IV packages together few days before, how can i know if the NVC received them yet or not ? and how can i know the scan date is it the same date as when they receive it ?

You can call or you should be able to have the tracking number with the mail. They should take a few days if certified mail.

We were scanned on Weds Sept 26th and still awaiting. Very frustrating but seems like the latest one is Sept 22nd scan day indicating an additional 4/5 days making it roughly 7.5-8 weeks wait period from scan date. I had also called on the day of week 6 to bring to supervisor review.

Our case is with Portsmouth, NH. We are informed that our case is completed on 20th October. I will have visa interview in New Delhi. Does anyone know how long will it take to have visa interview scheduled from date of closing the case in India?
