I'm an American with a Korean wife and we have our Visa interview in Nov. We will be qualifying based on assets and not income, and we have over $100k liquid with proof, but just to be safe I want to show everything.
Our son (4 years old, US citizen) has about $10k in a savings account in his name that we will be transferring. Can we include this savings? Where do we include this on the i-864? Part 7, 5a and 5b seem like the right place, but it appears that we should only include household member's assets for whom we have already filled out an i-864a.
