once NVC complete the case how long it will to to get interview call in ISB Pak

You need to get married and then come to USA it will take around 2 years. If u apply for  students visa and u will refused then will face more issue to getting visa on marriage basis.

Student visa is not as easy as you r thinking and if u got visa then to take green card is very difficult for u .. 

An it will take years ..

So the best and easy way is to get marriage and apply for F2A visa ..

Dear VJ Friends ,

I have given Interview dated 5th June , my spouse ( my petitioner  ) and my baby also with me at the time of interview,

VO asks very common question, E.g Marriage date , address of spouse and have you visit out side the country , I response him yes I have visited 3 country ,

at end of interview , VO respond me every thing is ok, I need some further Administrative process of your case , and it will take around 6 week ,

so can anyone share with his experience or give me any feed back ,

My case was completed by NVC (april 2 2014 ) ( done with i864 and iv package n everything) .was waiting for interview to be scheduled at consulate but NVC Did not schedule it coz my PD was't current yet as i was in F2a category.

But recently my spouse has become US ( may 28 ,2014) we have sent certificate of citizenship to NVC on same day. But from that day (15 bussiness days) our case has not been updated.we only recevied an email stating its being recieved and "under review"

1.After email "upgradtion is under review" how long does NVC takes to upgrade case to cr1??

They don't have enough knowdldge. We have called them twice and they reply 6months are normal timing and some time overloaded office may effect on delay.

We have the same issue in March 2016 we have done fingerprint and in April again received letter for again fingerprint we have done again. From till time waiting for interview but as for our experience if u have received letter u need to go for fingerprint again ..

Same is with us my wife file her N400 in Feb 2016 in March, She done her finger prints. Till now nothing have done.

And still we are waiting for interview date.. ?
