  1. I will like to share my timeline:
    Married to a U.S Citizen on April 2016.
    Application submitted 1st of July 2016.
    Received NOA for i485, i130 and i765 on the 7th of July.
    Received Biometrics appointment on the 25h of July for the 4th of August 2016.
    on the 24th of August 2016 online status changed to interview scheduled for September 29th 2016.
    on the 26th of September i765 was approved.
    On the 29th which is the interview day scheduled for 9.30am. I arrived there 9am and me and my wife was chatting until 10am that we are called in for the interview. She only asked 3 questions from my wife and 5 questions from me.
    I am adjusting from F1, i entered into USA August 2015 and I went to school for 6 months until i stopped to change my school.
    I was approved on the spot and she gave me a paper of approval then make copies of our I.D. Same day around 2pm status changed to new card is being produced and later at 8pm it was changed to approval.
    I received my approval letter on the 4th of October and on the 21st I received my Original card. However, i never received employment card up till now. The status is still showing approved but I received i765 approval letter on the 30th of September.

    - Selection of pictures that document relationship and marriage

    2.) I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence

    • Money Order in the amount of US$1070 (Biometrics Included) payable to U.S Department of Homeland Security

    • Copy of beneficiary's passport biographical page

    • Copy of beneficiary's U.S visa page & arrival entry stamp

    • Copy of beneficiary's I-94 information

    • Copy of beneficiary's Birth Certificate

    • Two passport photo of beneficiary (placed in a small photo envelope)

    • I-693 Medical Examination results (Completed by a Civil Surgeon sealed in an envelope)

    3.) I-864 Affidavit of Support- Primary Sponsor

    • Copy of Petitioner’s IRS tax return for the years 2015, 2013 & 2012

    • Copy of Petitioner’s W-2 for the years 2015, 2013 & 2012

    • Copy of Petitioner’s U.S birth certificate

    4.) I-864 Affidavit of Support- Joint Sponsor

    • Copy of Joint Sponsor’s IRS tax return for the years 2015, 2014 & 2013

    • Copy of Joint Sponsor's W-2 for the years 2015, 2014 & 2013
