  1. We can't do anything but keep waiting  we will have visa i know some people after 11 months they take visa .

     

    you can't fill case against Embassy for not issuing visa before 12 month .

     

    My case was filed for me at feb.2015 now it is almost three years i am waiting.

     

    i have two daughters waiting for me in USA .

     

    My case is based on marriage by the way.

     

    Working on government make sense for them . As i know there is no job announced that accept working experience in government you can see in us embassy postion announced. 

     

    Maybe this is the reason . 

  2. I am in same situation had medical at 10 of may and interview at 30 of may 2017 in kabul still in ap . I know some people they take visa after just two week .

    there is two type of visa that may applied on us Visa condor which take 2-3 month to process this is for same countries mostly islamic and visa donkey if they think maybe threat to USA they will put in it which minimum take 4 month and maximum 1 year .

    We can't do anything it is obvious .

    just few things i want to ask .

    your husband name have Ahmad, Muhammad,abdul inside ?

    Does he work or worked in government?

    which field he is in information technology or what?

    I submitted a AOS Package (bellow items)

    1.AOS form filled by only joint sponsor .

    2.three last year tax return with w2 of joint sponsor

    3.proof of asset , last year salary payment slip, Us Citizenship Certificate of joint sponsor.

    4.ds260 and aos payments receipt with coversheet.

    5. Civil Documents ( birth certificate , marriage certificate both english and orginal version, passport copy,police certificate i wrote in cover letter that officially submitted to us embassy and give them document number, but i received the following email i dont understand what specifically is missing . please help me with this.

However, NVC will not review these documents until we receive the Affidavit of Support form(s) and/or supporting financial evidence required for this case.

    If your visa petition is currently processing at the National Visa Center, do not let more than one year pass without contacting NVC. If this occurs, the fees must be paid again and documents must be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.
