I have a visa interview for my stepson scheduled and the paperwork says the petitioner does not need to attend but my stepson is only 4.  Should I attend along with his mother or just have his mother attend with him.  Also,  will i be asked to show custody paperwork even though there was nothing asked for in any of the civil documents?

I've mailed all my civil documents and its been almost 4 weeks but when I go online and check the status it still says to mail the civil documents.  The tracking shows they were delivered.  How long does it take for the status online to change?

When I file the I-130, is there another form I need to specify the CR-2 immigrant visa? I was looking at the USCIS website and it talks about a K4 visa.

No she left once the AP was granted and we waited till we had the card in hand before she left so It won't be a problem for her to get back in the US.

I am a US citizen and recently married a woman from Indonesia while she was here in the US. I have submitted all her paperwork for an adjustment of status and already received her advance parole and work permit. She is currently back in Indonesia visiting her 3yr old son and would really like to bring him back with her. He does have a passport. What do I need to do to make this happen if it is even possible. If not, what forms do I file to allow him to come here at a later time?

My wife just received two copies of the I-512L Advance Parole document. When she travels with this does it need to get stamped by someone in the lower right corner and where is this done at? The Departing Airport?
