In next few months, my friend will be submitting documents to NVC for interview at Guangzhou consul.

There are three methods on CEAC website to submit documents: Uploading to CEAC, Email processing, & Mail processing.

Does anyone know Guangzhou consul require which method now?

My friend applied for her parents.  NVC processed one parent in two weeks, another in 12+ weeks.

I think you should call NVC to confirm if any missing document.

How did you know they're completed?

You could call them.  However, it took them about 30 days to reply my last inquiry.

Due to medical reasons, my friend couldn't learn and speak English.

Does USCIS provides language helps during the interview?

Does NVC still allows a single payment of AOS fee for two Parents (IR5) cases?
