My Girl friend lives in the Dominican Republic. After a year I am trying to bring her here to Connecticut for a visit. What is the process I need to do and what she will need to do so she can come visit?

My fiancé and her children are in the Dominican republic. Once I submit the K-1 application. What will she need to do? Immunization shots will she have to get them? If so where can she get them done? Do the children travel on the K1 only or do they need their own Passport
