this is happen to our case before us embassy manila said that they will forward our document to us, so we call nvc and uscis and after a week us embassy manila send us an email to get some document and make an another interview again, and when I check my online status it says ap not refused

thank you Ortolan, ben and zian,Becci391 its help me a lot I thought I will have an orientation on 31st. today I received a call from the company they ask me tomorrow for orientation and bring the requirement I ask some my friend here she got a fiancé visa and she said when she applied for adjustment of status she got also a working permit and green card she said its different  the green card and the working permit so I'm kind a worried.

I will have my orientation to  work on 31st this month and some requirement is employment authorization document contains a photograph (form I-766)

where I can get this employment authorization? I came here in the U.S as a cr1 visa got married with my usc husband in the philippines

because we don't how and we got denied at first time interview and my medical will going to get expired and my visa also , my visa will expired at end of march so I have no time to change it to join me my son,i need to leave my country before my cr1 visa got expired

after my POE, I already applied for social security number the ss card will delivered 3 to 4 weeks in the house,

my question is do I need to go for medical here in the POE? some of my friend k1 visa he said I need to go for medical here in the U.S.?

January 13  Friday start to ready for interview my visa status until  January 17, but January 16 is holiday in the U.S so its holiday also in us embassy manila.but when I try to check my passport online only today it says its received from the consular  section and its being processed for..

hi vj friend I have my second interview, my 1st interview is refused because of divorced paper of my husband 1st wife and after that interview they give us a paper as white paper saying 212(A)(5)(a)

 my second interview last January 6,2017 I have a divorced paper the co tell me after my interview to go to  releasing  they need a affidavit of support I-864, and the co also give me a pamphlet about the violence tell me to read it and give the paper where I can registered my address online.

the letter they send to us goes like this.

dear...

we are unable to complete the processing of your immigrant Visa application under section 221(g) of the immigration and nationality Act(INA) as amended, until you present the following documents or complete required action from your end:

properly executed I-864 or W2s

do you think guys I passed my interview

yeah i need to schedule my 2nd interview and bring the divorced certificate they ask me to go to embassy immigrant special services window 36 and show the mail its weird,

I got mail from us co, they said wee need to provide the divorced of my husband and bring it to my second interview and the mail they send to us thank GOD

visa refused because my husband didnt put his 1st wife in i-130 he got divorced for over 35 years and his 2nd wife died he put his 2nd wife in i-130 and that's the reason they give us 212(a)(5)(A) I don't know what to do next.... are we going to reapply again?

before i can get my police certificate i need the u.s. embassy request letter to get my finger print here in the Philippines at the NBI and the NBI will send my finger print to the department of foriegn affairs for the ribbon and wait for 5 days and after that I go again to UAE embassy and give them my finger print with ribbon. its either they are the one who will send that to the UAE police, or if I knew somebody from Dubai can do it for me on my behalf, but the thing here I'm already requesting the us embassy the request letter so that I can start doing my thing...maybe I will fly to UAE. just to make it quick...

i need a police certificate from UAE where I work for 3 years and the UAE embassy here in manila can can make it but it takes more time like 6 months to a year, and my interview is on NOV.7, is there any possible how to get it quick . please let me know i really need some advice, im planning also to go to dubai just to get the police certificate,
