So she already have the tax returns, pay stubs, W2's and so on?

(It's not sent with the I-129F package the beneficiary takes it with them to the interview)

I'm self-employed so just the tax returns

Possible to get a more concrete answer on this? I believe she already sent the documents.

Is it mandatory that the signed page is included? Can I just send this to the embassy myself, apart from the other documents my fiance already sent?

My fiance is submitting all of her documents now to get her K1 visa interview at the Thailand embassy.

I scanned the i-134 with my signature on it and emailed it to her so she can print it out and send it.

Will this be acceptable? Or will it be rejected because it is not an original signature?

Hello everyone,

My fiance and I are trying to figure out if we need a new i-134 affidavit of support.

I sent the application on December 31, 2015. I included my 2014 tax return in the application.

It is now October 13,and she will be sending PACKET 3 in about a week so this would be around October 20.

I would much rather not do any new documents.

Will we be OK with the i-134 and the 2014 tax return?
