I already submitted the affidavit of support... my RFe is to change this to YES and answer the questions....

Hello everyone, I petitioned my mom and I received an RFE (i485) about that I "Failed to answer Public Charge inadmissibility questions." I answered no, but the right answer is Yes... 1) It's asking for size of your household, what number should I put 1? Which is my mom the applicant? Or my household? Me, husband and 2 kids, applicant (mom) total 5? 2) Annual household income which should I put? My mom? But she doesn't have income since she lives with me and I am the one who petition her... Or Me and my husband income since she live with us? Thank you....
