Was wondering if anybody had any experiences they could share on having a sponsor who is non domiciled or resident in the USA? My wife is a UK / USA dual national but never actually lived in the USA.

We intend to move to the USA with our 2 children in spring 2017 and I already have a job lined up as a transfer with my current UK employer, she is not going to work initially. This is not a good fit for the affidavit process and I realise we are going to need to make a compelling case to prove that she is going to domicile and that we will have a secured income.

Any thoughts much appreciated.
