Cr1 i 864 question one of my dependents is a minor has income from ssa i am the payee from survivors benefits (5,436) do i need to include his income in household income or not being that he is under 18 and cannot sign a i864? House hold size is 5 based on last years tax return i made 35.402 which would put me 148.00 short to qualify i have since last month gotten a raise to salary which is now going to be 37,000 a year any help??
