We are facing difficulty in contacting NVC and The Embassy in Singapore. After receiving letter from US Dept. of State Bereau of Consular Affairs dated 12/14/2017, stating the my fiancee’s I-129F petition is approved with her Case Number, and will be forwarded to the Embassy in Singapore. It’s over a month now since that letter and we have not heard from the Embassy. My fiancée called them and they said that they are not accommodating visa inquiries over the phone. 

Moreveover, I am really worried that a per the NO2 the validity of the notice period is from 11/02/2017 to 03/01/2018, with that having said, will this date affect hr petition since we have not rcvd any instructions from US Embassy in Singapore. 

Do do you have any insight about this and what can she start prepping now instead of waiting and hoping for the Embassy’s letter.
