Hi, I am in the process of filing K-1 visa for my fiance. The first step was successfully completed and our case was approved. I just received the letter that petition was moved to NVC. next step is for her to file DS-160. My question is: Do we file it right away or do I need to wait for something from NVC first? Thank you for any help.
