Any updates from MSC filers? I filed on Jan 21, 2019, and did fingerprints on Feb 20th, 2019 and has case status says :"As of April 24, 2019, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751 for an interview"

I have seen others approved without interview that applied during the same time. Has anyone's case shown as waiting for interview and then changed to approved?

Also any other MSC filers here?

Aditya2001, did you get case complete yet and then rfe for financial evidence? Did they schedule your interview?

My case complete was Nov 28. Been calying nvc for interview date. They told me all slots in Mumbai, India for booked for January. Theye said they will schedule interviews the last week of this month for February. I was hoping for January interview so I could visit for Christmas and new years. Anyone know when nvc usually schedules interviewso. I read that nvc communicates with consulate twice a month for interview slots.

Scan date October 17. Called on Nov 26 and they said file is being reviewed. Asked to be out on supervisor review anyway. Saw 3 NAs on Nov 27 and confirmed over phone. Call today and they said have no idea when interview will be scheduled or the interview date. Embassy is Mumbai India. I think joint sponsor application take longer time (just my opinion based on case completes I have seen). Anyone know how long of case complete they interview date is confirmed?

Hi, Im filling out the DS 260 with my wife and confused of about the following question. "Are you a graduate of a foreign medical school seeking to perform medical services in the United States but have not yet passed the National Board of Medical Examiners examination or its equivalent?"

My wife is applying for CR-1 but this question is more for employment based visas. My wife is a doctor from an Indian university but is only planning to practice medicine in the US after passing 3 licensing exams.

So should we answer NO? or Should we answer YES. If we answer yes then it implies she is planning to practice without passing the licensing exam which she definitely is not.

Hi, I am a little confused. I got the AOS cover printed and also the cover sheet in the NVC welcome letter. Is there separate cover sheet for the IV fee? My IV fee hasn’t unlocked yet. Can i send both the AOS and IV packet now or should I wait and see if there is a separate cover sheet for the IV fee
