My experience  traveling with ap while vawa and i485 is still pending left January 9 for my home land trinidad for 10 day came back 01/19/2017 came thru jfk wasn't ask anything after officer finger print me and took my picture  he took me to secondary inspection  I only stayed there about 15 minutes it was the most nerve wrecking 15 minutes of my life then the officer called my name and said u are good to go no question ask he stamp my passport that said I am parole until 2018 with aos my lawyer had told me not to worry but one can't be to sure with them but I had fun and was nice seeing my family again after 16 years am still taking it all in because it seemed so unreal to me......

Am traveling in January I have like almost 15 year overstay I putting everything in gods hand not taking my kids so just praying that everything goes well

I would like to know too planon using my ap in january to visit my family hope all goes well..

I have approve ap for 1 year but I am afraid to use mines my as is still pending if I do I will be going thru and returning in jfk ...

I have advance parole valid until September 2017 but I am afraid to use it I filed under vawa

It just nerve wrecking waiting filed vawa in June did finger print and gotten ead and ap approve just waiting to know next step think am having a panic attack or also receive a prima facie also can any one relate
