  2. Hello,

I am reading step 4  for Collecting financial documents:

Petitioners are required to submit an Affidavit of Support form and evidence of their income.

What should I need to submit as a financial documents?

What would be the minimum salary of petitioner to adopt an eligibility to sponsor my husband?

What form, I need to submit, if I am full time employee?

What would be my minimum bank balance as a per petitioner?

I am seeing on the uscis site, however, I am not sure..

Please share your experience with me,

    Thanks

  3. Hello,

My grandfather has been declared passed in naturalization of English and Civic examination before 1.5 year.

Since because of his ineligibility in naturalization he has to reappear for the examination after 12th May ,2017.

He is 76 year old. How can he get exemption in English and civics test for the next interview?

Please advise us how he could get exemption for the next test of naturalization procedure.

    Thanks in advance

  4. My grandfather has been interviewed by USCIS officer for Naturalization on December 3,2015 and was declared passed for the test of English and US history and government.

He was informed by letter, dated February 18,2016 that he was ineligible for Naturalization because he has not demonstrated continuous residence requirement.

Please inform that does he require to pass again the test of English and US History and Government, if he applies for second time for Naturalization after May,2017.
