Turns out the visa arrived at my local post office the 10th!!!!
The IV unit sent me a tracking number today and it arrived 12 days ago!
It was close to being sent back!!! I called the post service here and they apologized for not sending me a notice about how it wouldnt fit in my mail box.
I am so pissed...if it wasnt for them sending me the tracking number about 10 days late they would have returned it.
So many delays for so many things, Oh well, at least I can go get it today. -
I called the embassy and they just referred me to an email address. It still hasn't arrived. I btw never got an SMS or email comfirming they sent it at all . I see some people got those.

Mine took the 10 working days
Ok, cause with all these previous delays I've lost patience, haha!
I'm so worried it got lost. All my plans are on delay and I have to cut my lease from my place by the end of the month before I move. I can't send out invites or book tickets before I got it in hand. -
It was changed to issued february 6th and that I'd be getting it in the mail shortly. It said if it hadn't arrived within 10 working days I needed to contact the embassy. It's been 8...I'm worried, once again.

Hello! Turns out that the medical office didn't send it until Tuesday!? 10 days!!! After the medical had every single document it needed. No updates on the visa status page yet :/

Hello, I'm in a situation where I've gone to the interview and it went just fine but my medical didn't arrive yet at the time. I was told that as soon as it arrives they will issue my visa. They kept my passport and they gave me a 221(g). I left, sent my medical office what they were missing from me and 10 days ago they said they got it and the next step was to send the package to the embassy. I interviewed at the Stockholm embassy by the way, traveling from Norway.
Its been 10 days and I'm still under AP, no update since my interview date.
should I be worried? I read somewhere it could take up to 60 days!!!
help!

I see on your timeline that your consulate says Norway. All the Scandinavians has to go to the Stockholm embassy for K1 visas. If you wrote that the application should be sent to Oslo on the I-129F form, maybe that's what the RFE is about? It should say Stockholm instead. I have no idea though. Just a suggestion. It seems silly they would give you an RFE for that. I'm rambling.
Hi! quick question, where does it say all scandinavians need to go to stockholm? I didn't find any information on that. I'm also in Norway and we got our NOA2 approved on october 20th:) Hoping for an answer:)

This might be an old topic but I just checked the USCIS app on my phone using the receipt number we got in NOA1 and it says they approved our application and are sending the approval in the mail. Is this considered NOA2 and I noticed it took people months. We filed september 13th! I'm so confused! any answers would help!

You'll probably get it on Monday or Tuesday, then. Ours arrived on September 9 and we got our NOA1 on the 13th.
We got it today!

Express mailing , we tracked it and it arrived September 26th.

Hello! I noticed most of the people who filed , got their NOA1 after about a weeks time. We filed september 21st and still no answer. Should we be worried?

Hi! I'm hoping someone can help me with this since the USCIS is impossible to get through to. My husband and I got a RFE in the mail about my name in the AOS application not matching the name they have in their records , which makes no sense since people send in applications with their married name all the time and you state your maiden name that absolutely matches their records. That RFE, seems ok but we were also sent an RFE for the advance parole application but it seems different from the other? the RFE for the work permit is a normal standard one but the other one came with an envelope stapled to it and the date was crossed over and it says "remailed". At the bottom of the letter there is an official stamp that says "action completed, approved for filing" .
needless to say my husband and I are very confused as to why this was sent to us but only for one of the RFEs.
another thing is that the status of the two applications are different in the tracking app. One is in the yellow with an RFE pending and the advance parole one is in the green and just says "document was sent to me" .
Someone please help? I'm getting no answers and I don't wanna make any mistakes sending any answers in.
