If you are under 21 then you should be in F2A category

You don't need to go to any office.

NVC did not sent me any letter .

You need to file 485  ,765 and 131.

Please TXT me for more info.

Hey 

You don't need to wait for any letter from USCIS(until by next month). 

It looks like the visa bulletin (AOS) the dates are 

You can file for your Adjustment of status and start preparing your documents for  ,AOS(485) ,Work Permit(765) and Travel document(131) (probably by next month)

That means you dont need to worry for your CPT ,OPT or H1B or even F1. 

Believe me , I was in the same boat and my interview is on 24th Feb this month.

Its really a difficult question .

We need to check other forums for other categories (also keep in mind there were lot of vacation in US for December ,Thank giving, Christmas, New year) 

But seeing previous months we can predict ~ 4 weeks.

Lets hope for the best. 

Right now I am more worried about my EAD rather than IL

One of my relative priority date 3 june 2003 F4 category got his IL

I was outside of US for a month.

Below is the response I got for service request raised(PRIORITY DATE 25th MAY 2010 AOS).

"The status of this service request is:

Recently, you notified USCIS that you believe your priority date is now current and requested that we continue processing your case. Our records indicate that your priority date is not yet current. For your priority date to be current, it must be earlier than the cut-off date listed on the Department of State Visa Bulletin for your preference category. The Visa Bulletin is available on the Department of State website at www.state.gov. Once your priority date is current and an immigrant number becomes available to you, USCIS will resume processing your application."

It's supposed to be , waiting for jan visa bulletin.

I was not able to reply to forum for a long time

I am outside of US with limited access to Internet and all my accounts

I did call NVC but the asked me to discuss with USCIS as mine case is pending AOS.

I have raised a service ticket with them , which I am still waiting for there response.

I will keep you guys posted with any further notification
