    Can Guam residents pay with credit card? (split)

    Hi I need help!

    I am a bit confused if Guam residents can pay naturalization fees by credit card?

    I saw a statement on the GUIDE TO NATURALIZATION saying:
    "You must $680 fee with your application. Pay a fee with a check or money orer drawn on a U.S. bank payable to the Deapartment of Homeland Security....
    You may also pay using a credit card. There is no additional fee when you do so........."
    Residents of Guam should make a fee payable to the Treasurer, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islandshoul make a fee payable to the Commissioner pf the Virgin Islands."
    What do you think does it mean? An answer would be greatly appreciated/ Thank you.

    just curious if anyone had used this G-1450 from (credit card payment) for filing N-400. It seems like its a new form added on 08/06/15.
