N-400 has nothing to do with your spouse, so you won't need to bring the bona fide evidences. You may need to bring your marriage certificate if your marriage status is now different than what you have specified on the N-400 application.

Just received text message - "new card is being produced". I filed as a divorce waiver and received RFE to provide police clearance certificate from each county I lived in last 5 years within US and I sent mail with PCCs on 23rd NOV to CSC and they received it on 25th NOV.

I recieved RFE from USCIS. It says that my fingerprints got rejected twice so they want me to submit police clearance certificate of each district I lived in US in past 5years.

My fingerprints went well when I gave it 2nd time. I also confirmed it with the lady who took it by asking her 2 times. I am little confused how shall I proceed? Shall I just go ahead and get RFE or contact USCIS to verify it? Any idea why I received RFE for this so late? I had my 2nd biometrics appointment on May 26th. Any kinda help/guidance from anyone is really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

@kikat, Misuzu :- Thanks for sharing info. I also checked on "divorce waiver" since I was lacking of strong evidences to prove it. I have seen lot of my friends/friend of friends secured GC who filed as a divorce waiver in the past. Hence, I am also optimistic that we'll get GC without any hassle - it just matter of time. Keeping fingers crossed.

Did you guys filed for i751 after getting final divorce? I consulted and hired immigration attorney before proceeding further in my case and he strongly advised me to get rid off divorce process ASAP(approved divorce by judge with mutual consent in Dec'15) to avoid unnecessary issues before filing for i751 in April/May'16.
