Hi, does anyone know of a good immigration lawyer that specialized in my situation?

I am Vietnamese and VN when i was 1 year old. We came to Canada as a refugee and 10 years later we became Canadian Citizens.

When we left VN as boat people, we never had no documents like birth certificate or birth records as i was born in a small village. Its been almost 40 years ago so my parents do not recall a physical address.

USCIS is requesting that i provide them a birth certificate or a secondary evidence.

If anyone out there that knows a good immigration lawyer that can assist me in this kind of matter that wont cost me an arm and a leg, kindly send me an email

Hi, I just wanted to know if anyone in vietnam can assist me on on getting a birth certicate. I also was born in a small village where I never received a birth certificate. I need my birth certicate as I applied for my green card in usa.

Much appreciated if anyone out there can help me in this as I have no relatives or know anyone in vietnam. All my family is back in canada.

I'm in the same situation and just wanted to know how you go about on getting your brother certificate? I am a landed immigrant in canda and left veitname when I was 2.never received a certicate. I am not married to a us citizen and they are requesting my birth certicate. Any advise or help is much appreciated.

I just came across your posting and jsut see how it turned out. I am in the same situation,so if anyone can assist is much appreciated.

USCIS came back to me and said i need to submit a birth certificate or a secondary evidence. I am having a really hard time on this as i was never issued a birth certificate when i left Vietnam. I am now a canadian Citizen with a canadian passport and now applying for my Green Card in the USA.

Do anyone have any information or guides on how about i can get this sorted out?
