We will message an embassy if they can help us, but I guess we will prepare a statement from USC that because he was student there was no need of paying taxes so far. Thank You Ben and Zian. Yeah we do not have problem with the letter, the salary (it is actually much higher than the minimum) and all of that. So I guess we should be okay. That is the thing that it is much more work/documents and time to have another co sponsor.

Hello everyone! We are new in all the K1 visa process and now we have main question about police record. I was legally in USA for 2 years and now we are thinking if I will need police record from there (US) as well or if they will have it in their system so I do not need the record from US. Because yeah, I lived there for more than 6 months, but still.. It should be one system, correct? Does anyone know? Thanks in advance, RT
