Anybody here who attend his/her interview that the petitioner is unemployed? Did you got a chance to be approve? My petitioner is 6 months unemployed right now because of health issue. I'm having 2nd thought if i will proceed to my interview. Any advice please, it's stressing me out.

Hi everyone..I just want to share after 7 months of waiting  after being refused now USCIS give us an update and said that the petition was re-affirmed. My question is does a reaffirmed petition can be expedited? 

We finally hear from uscis after 5 months of waiting. They sent us letter stating INTENT TO REVOKE (NOIR) . And they want us to submit Proof of legal termination of marriege. So what does it mean, after we submit the  required documents will they forward  our case to embassy?
